With over 25 years of experience in consulting and executive search, Pascal Pignol Deneuvy possesses recognized expertise in the real estate and construction sectors. He joined RCR Executive in 2025, bringing his in-depth knowledge of the industry's roles and challenges to strategic recruitment.

For over 30 years, Sandra Chambon has worked in human resources consulting and the support of executives and senior leaders. She joined Labeille Executive in 2008, where she developed deep expertise in recruitment and assessment. Certified in several personality and leadership tools, she has also been a professional coach since 2023.

As a Consultant at RCR Executive, Marguerite Jacquinet supports clients in their recruitment of executives and senior leaders. With a Master’s degree in Art History, she joined the firm in 2022 as a Research Associate before advancing to the position of Consultant in 2025. She applies her rigor, analytical capacity, and sourcing expertise to the firm's strategic assignments.

Based in the Lyon office of RCR Executive, Anne Papin works on recruitment assignments for executives and senior managers in the real estate and construction sectors. Holding an MBA in Social Relations Management and HR Strategy, she joined RCR Executive in 2023 and contributes to the firm's strategic searches through her sourcing expertise and analytical skills.

Since 2000, Estelle Carrère has contributed to the development of Sirca Executive and the coordination of its international activities. As General Secretary of IMD International Search Group since 2008, she oversees the coordination of executive searches and facilitates collaboration between the network's various international partners.
